MICROSCOPIA
La facility ospita una vasta gamma di microscopi ottici a fluorescenza, set-ups per live-imaging e sistemi di microscopia avanzata confocale, super-risoluzione e High-Content. Forniamo training, supervisione e assistenza agli utenti, dalla preparazione del campione, al processamento dell’immagine e all’analisi quantitativa del dato, sviluppando e coordinando progetti collaborativi in ogni ramo della ricerca biologica.
Attività
- Corsi di microscopia base e avanzata, incluse la microscopia a super-risoluzione, la microscopia confocale e l’imaging in High-Content.
- Acquisizioni multi-colore e 3D rendering in microscopia confocale e super-risoluzione.
- Acquisizioni multidimensionali (4D/5D) in condizioni vitali a lunga durata (fino a diversi giorni).
- Acquisizioni live in veloci dinamiche (flussi di calcio, trasportoo mitocondriale, etc.) ad alta risoluzione.
- Sviluppo di specifiche MACRO, su richiesta dell’utente, per procedure di acquisizione automatizzata e di pipeline per automatizzare l’analisi dei dati di microscopia.
- Servizio di supporto e assistenza per la messa appunto di marcature in fluorescenza, tecniche di detezione del segnale e interpretazione del dato in fluorescenza.
- Servizio di analisi dell’immagine e corsi specifici all’analisi di immagine in microscopia.
